Decade of Commemorations, Part 2: History, Politics, and Remembering Ireland's Past

Ireland is in the midst of a decade of commemorations marking a series of historically and politically significant events that occurred between 1912 and 1922 and led to the creation of two Irelands. This course focuses on the events of the last half of this turbulent decade as well as on the challenges that remembering Ireland's complex and contested past poses to both the present and the future.
